Dr. Castro is a licensed clinical psychologist who regularly works with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, and agencies seeking psychological evaluations for legal, medical, and administrative decision-making.
She has extensive experience conducting evaluations for immigration proceedings, vocational rehabilitation and disability matters, neurodevelopmental clarification, and gender-affirming medical care readiness. Her evaluations are designed to be clinically sound, clearly written, and appropriate for external review.
Scope of Evaluation Work
Dr. Castro provides psychological evaluations in matters including, but not limited to:
Immigration psychological evaluations (e.g., VAWA, hardship waivers, asylum, U/T visas, N-648, Adam Walsh Act)
Psychological, neuropsychological, and forensic evaluations (e.g., ADHD, learning disorders, autism spectrum, cognitive concerns, functional capacity, risk assessment, etc.)
Vocational rehabilitation and disability-related evaluations
Gender-affirming surgical readiness evaluations (WPATH-aligned)
Clinical record review and written psychological opinions
Evaluations are conducted remotely via HIPAA-secure videoconferencing unless otherwise indicated.
